Kazeka Muniz

With over 40 years of experience, Kazeka Muniz is an accomplished international freestyle wrestler, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, MMA competitor and coach. Kazeka holds a 6th degree black belt in BJJ and a Bachelors Degree in Sports Science.

At the age of 7, Kazeka started training at ESPA Nacional in Cuba under world renown Coach Arturo Yanes.

In 1994, Kazeka started training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu helping the legendary Royce Gracie get prepared for his fights in the early UFC. In 1998, Kazeka was prompted to the rank of black belt by Carlos Gracie Jr, the head coach of the famous Gracie Barra in Rio de Janeiro.

Kazeka was on staff with the Georgian national men’s wrestling team for the 2004 Athens Olympics. As well as the Olympic Coach for the Azerbaijan men’s wrestling team in the 2012 London Olympics where the Azerbaijani team took 2 Gold medals and 1 Bronze.

Kazeka’s achievements include 2 x BJJ World Champion, Pan American Champion, 6 x Brazilian National Champion, and more.

Alexis Rodriguez

Alexis "Toto" Rodriguez, as he’s called amongst his friends and family, is considered one of the greatest heavyweights that ever competed in free style wrestling. 

Alexis has over 30 years of experience in men’s free style wrestling as a competitor and coach. He trained with under world renown Coach Arturo Yanes at ESPA Nacional in Cuba.

Alexis Rodriguez is a 2 x Olympian, having won Bronze in the 2000 Sydney Olympics and placed 5th in the 2004 Athens Olympics men’s free style wrestling heavyweight division.

Alex, now a retired athlete, has been the National Coach for Azerbaijan, Moroco and Cote d’Ivoire (The Ivory Coast) teams.
